Kick-off meeting

Started the research project with enthusiasm

Kick-off meeting at Sankt Georgen University of Applied Sciences

We are very pleased about the successful start of our DFG-funded project "Social Ethics of the International Recruitment of Health Professionals ! On 13 June, the project team of researchers from Goethe University Frankfurt, Theol. Faculty of Paderborn and of the Phil.-Theol. Sankt Georgen University of Applied Sciences came together for the first time in a complete group.

At the kick-off meeting at Sankt Georgen University of Applied Sciences, we discussed central ethical, theoretical and methodological questions in an extremely constructive atmosphere – and felt how much commitment and intellectual drive our team has at the start.

Collaboration across locations and disciplines is already working excellently – driven by a common concern: to analyse the ethical challenges of global health migration in depth and to make concrete contributions to greater justice and sustainability.

We are looking forward to the next three years of intensive research and to many enriching impulses – within the team and beyond the project.
